Hello all , i am new to this forum , i also applied to the federal and my application was transfered to bucharest since october 2013 . I just need to know what do u mean by CAIPS ?

Now when i ordered CAIPS Notes last month, it stated that Medical: Passed and SECURITY: Not Started.

But we still do not know for sure if security has not started or it is under process and not finished. So i cannot rely on CAIPS.
.

In my opinion they must have started them as many people in the forum got PPR. BUT THIS IS JUST AN OPINION.

Caips is a software used by CIC to process immigration applications. Caips notes are notes that visa officer logs on the system about the process of ur application, it indicates what he already did, what is in process, what is pending and if there is any red flags.

She says these are the rules of processing fixed by the federal governement of Canada and no visa office abroad bye2der yefta7 3a 7sebo and change the process. According to her medicals are done before security only for applicants within canada and usa.

"The status of the application has not changed since our last correspondence. Rest assured you will be contacted once we are ready to pass to the next stage of processing."

Dr Phil, caips notes are reliable cause these are the official notes logged on the system by the visa officer about ur application. No they don't show when u may have ur visa...

You must buy caips notes, u will obtain them by mail as pdf format, it takes almost 45 days.

According to him security is usually done before medical, wu metel ma ilet inno el federal government huwe bi hot standards lal visa offices la yeshteghlo. Bas ma tensa inno hole el files have been transferred from one country to the other. Ya3ne yemken ma 3emlo el security when the files were in Lebanon, wu later they transferred them to Bucharest and send us the medical directly.
