Quebec applicants 2010(Damascus) waiting for medicals

I was just checking my GCMS notes, all the parts show a due date of 2 feb and 3 feb 2014, and were all created in 2 and 3feb 2013 its the dates my file was assigned in Bucharest.. So i hope that is reliable and they done my file this month which means still within the average of 12 months mmm

if ur application is complete, all documents r with it ,u have signed on all forms ,no document is missing,so then u will recieve AOR by email after 2 month

Count 12 months from the date your application was transferred to Bucharest.

Just for the record, I received an e-mail from Bucharest VO in October saying that my file was transferred to their office to accelerate its processing. And they said that I should count the processing time of my file since the date it was received in the original VO (Beirut) and not since it was transferred to bucharest. Knowing that my Federal file was received on 24 May 2013.
The exact statement in their e-mail is the following " Votre demande sera traitée en fonction de la date initiale de réception. Ce transfert ne causera pas de délai supplémentaire."

Hello Bro,
I didn't mention anything about rejecting the file..
moreover, the old federal files that were presented before 2013 were processed in Beirut VO and following Beirut delay for that time (which are 45 months) and that's why they transferred everything to Bucharest. however, I think that my file is one of the new files that weren't transferred to Beirut at first place.
What I am highlighting here is the 8 months delay they mentioned in the medical request e-mail that they've sent to me in October... after this 8 months I will have the right to ask them about the progress of my file..
and from my experience in this process so far (CSQ and Federal), they are people who respect their words and all the official delays mentioned on their websites were respected in my case.

So I hope that soon good news will start to be heard for everybody )

he talked about the delay of processings,and in concern about refuse,my dear,there r causes to refuse u r:
-problems about healthy
-problems about criminality
-and security check

Your kind attention needed.
One of my friend today got a courier back from the Quebec immigration department. They are asking him to submit document for french language (attestation of results). Whoever here knows new rules (applied after august 2013) understands that B2 is the minimum level to get the points and hence he and also I have selected the option that "I am not submitting an attestation of results for my knowledge of oral French (If you do not submit an attestation of test results for your knowledge of oral French, no points will be awarded under this evaluation criteria)".

And we both are already qualifying as our points are 61, where the qualifying point is 57. Remaining points we can claim out of 6 points of adaptability.
Then why immigration department is asking him to submit result document???

It seems to be serious issue.
