I was also wondering what’s the best flight path to come to Canada as a new pr..I heard it’s better to have Asian countries for connecting flight than an European country ? Is that such a thing? Would it be a problem to travel through London or France or Germany ?

From what I know, there is no problem at all flying through any country. Since you have the Confirmation of Permanent Residence document during the transits, you shouldn't face any issues.

For convenience sakes people like to break the journey halfway in Europe, but some find the longer flight from Dubai/ Middle-east better. I guess it really depends on how many hours of flying you are prepared to endure at once.
