Did you check the online tool? Ours was updated with decision made there when gc key still says reviewing eligibility, additional docs, background check etc. So I don’t think gc key is updated frequently as the online tool.

They don’t deny application for low income because spousal sponsorship is irrelevant to that... ppl on welfare are able to sponsor their spouses.. I think she would just have to show that she’s capable of looking after u financially for 3 years once u arrive in Canada...I think finance is...
