I have one problem someone help me please .
I was with Lmia as a cook for one year and now my second Lmia is as a food service supervisor. I can apply for AINP (2017) because they give some extra certificates (100) and it takes around 6 to 7 months. After I 'll receive the nomination can I apply thru EE ( 7monghs) or I have to apply with federal work experience (18 months).
Because one consultant says this and the other says second way.

Skill 0,A&B can apply direct to EE/FSW. Others may have to get PNP like example AINP or OINP or BCPNP. You worked as supervisor (skill B) only for a year so maybe EE/FSW CRS score maybe less. But good news is you have Canadian experience. Use the CRS calculator (link# 7) to see if you get around 420+ points. If you don't get that much, it's better to go for AINP. Some pnp also has lower requirement for IELTS score.
