PR Renewal Interview request while outside canada? With expired PR ?

I have a special circumstances my parents are so sick and hospitalized , I am waiting a pr renewal interview date , I met all RO with more than 920 and I can prove it 200% , the problem , we are waiting the PR Interview date but we don't when , and now Iam forced to leave due to my parents health issues and I don't for how long I will stay there as last time I faced similar situation I said Iam going for a week , I stucked between hospitals 4 months .


Do they accept to deliver pr cards to lawyers .

If an interview is requested - you need to attend it. A lawyer cannot attend in your place.

Best you go fully prepared for TD and apply Travel documents once you think you can return in a month or so. If your RO is 200% then you can leave with all proves. If they already asked you to appear for an interview you can go their office now and informed them about your situation otherwise when you come back you can talked to them for another appointment.

What about coming back through US without TD , could you pls explain .
