PR card

I would like to ask you if I can travel back to Europe with my PR card and if I can get back to Canada again only with my PR card ? My passport is expired and I want to go back to my country to get a new one but I am not sure if I will be able to get a new one in two weeks.

No - the PR card isn't enough. You need a valid passport.
