Got refused PR for incomplete application, then refused a bridging visa as PR was refused.

I understand I can reapply and go through restoration of status.

In the middle of applying for PR again now, got picked from the pool today so no reciept of application yet. Can stay up all night and see how far I can get.

Biggest question, can I go into work tomorrow?

Where do I stand legally??

Will manically reapply for everything tonight if that's enough.

- No you absolutely cannot go to work tomorrow. You are out of status in Canada and it's illegal for you to be working.
- You also cannot apply for PR while out of status in Canada. You must apply to restore your status in Canada first. Only once your restoration application has been approved will you be able to submit an application for PR. So make sure you don't submit your PR application now. If you do, it's going to be refused. You need to restore your status first and it's possible this processing could take a few months.
- Make sure you don't work illegally. That will only create problems for your plans to remain in Canada and become a PR.
