I received ITA from express entry last week and I have already applied paper based application with ain't in july 2016. I am thinking to apply under express entry as well since I received the ITA. Can we apply under both programs?? Or we can not??

MPNP applied last sept 2013
Letter of approval received May 25, 2016
Submitted documents to CIC last August 4, 2016

I am still waiting for AOR. It's been 5 months now and I still haven't got any notification from them.

Like all other guys who received a PDF Letter from CIC, I also paid the RPRF and submitted my PCC (which I didn't in the first go) only through CSE. However, I didn't attached a newly filled Schedule A form . May be I will just wait for CIC to request it if they want an updated one.

Yes we can but the fee you have already paid will not be refunded
