No updates since then.
Without PR, I cannot switch my job to other employers, cannot invest my RRSP into stock market, cannot register a business, cannot do a homeland credit to loan the money. Good job CIC!

Guys do you know what does the attempted date mean? Last time i called cic and they told me there is an attempted date for my application set at the end of this November. Im a Jan 28th applicant by the way. Thanks for your comments in advance.

I contacted my MP 3 times, ordered 2 times GCMS notes .... it does not work. All single cases of obtaining PR after contact with MP are random ...

You will get it soon. I have ordered around 10 GCMS notes and annoyed my MP 4 times, until I got my PPR last week

After you land, you are officially a permanent resident. So yes you can leave job after landing rather than wait until you get the PR Card.

When you do a case specify enquiry about your status, what is the message you are receiving?In queue for final review? or something else. Hopefully, you will get PPR soon.

Is this email coming from Ottawa or Sidney? For me, When I had called CIC they said everything was complete (about 3 times) and I did a case specific enquiry (same day), they said they are waiting on the results of internal processing before finalization.
