you mean I can get the refund of $255 the work permit fees if I withdraw?

How can I withdraw? do you know the process?

You can write them through CSE informing them of your change in status. They will refund you as long as its received before the application processing starts.

my friend got the refund without doing anything but in case u must contact cic

I think they are doing batch processing. Next batch will probably from Mar 3 to March 20 or end of March. They probably will check our batch before end of next week. Because we are all almost reaching 16 months
