Hi, does this link show our application status?? Mine is NSNP - AOR april 11/2017 in stage NA 2 now. But if I check in the above link it says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided". Please help me understand how this works and the best possible way to know the status of my application. Thanks

Yes same timeline and same status online showing background not applicable. Did you tried calling them?

it will be transferred to CPC. I got an email from them yesterday saying its in now Ottawa office..April 7

Yes, i have been sending email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca every week for an update.


Please be advised that your application is at our office and is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization.


We do not require any information from you at the present time. An officer will contact you if further information is required. Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within six (6) months as this could delay your application.
