Just wanna make sure I understand it right. So "return tracker activated" basically means the tracking number works when entered in Canada Post tracking system right?

I got DM on Nov 20 too but I think cic won't be sending out PPR until after the holidays. It's busy season for post office and officers are going on vacation as well. We will get it eventually, don't worry.

I got that response whenever I called cic for the last 2.5 months too. Just got DM yesterday. Probably nothing wrong with your file, just the backlog..

generally in less than a week, but seems like cic is rushing to give decision made to at least the early half of 2016 batch before year end so PPR may take a while. I would say even passport would take a while to get back, and it's holiday season too

myCIC is still showing background in process. ecas is the most updated communication tool right now.

I ordered the last GCMS notes in Sep 28 and still haven't received it yet. It's taking more than 30 days now.

Yup, the process is way longer than what they are saying now my friend. Mine is reaching 20 months. PNPPR application usually follows these steps : AOR --> initial background check --> medical request --> security check --> decision made

I was not the one who created the list, I don't have a copy. There are still a few April applicants left behind as far as I know.

I did call yesterday! Same answer, the lady again told me that my visa officer is finalizing everything and I should expect to hear something soon. I don't know if this is to shut me off or if I should really believe it *ha*ha*
