PNP nomination question?

Hi Friends ,

I am asking this question on behalf of my friend , he is exploring PNP options and have a question. Some one having PNP can work any where immediately after landing or he has to stay 2-3 years in the nominated province??

Appreciate your guidance to remove his doubts.

Not they don't need to stay 2-3 years, but leaving right away is going to raise suspicions with the CIC about your friends intentions. Stay a reasonable amount of time to show that they are genuinely looking for work and to settle there before moving If they don't intend to move to the province, they shouldn't get the PNP in the first place and should only get a PNP for their desired province (by asking the question it sounds to me like they are only getting the PNP to get more points towards PR)
