By the grace of Almighty, one of our colleagues, Haris Mehmood, got his visa today. He had his medical taken on 28th Feb.

He is going for MEng from Waterloo.

So going by the pattern of this and a few previous cases, all applicants who have taken medical examination, should expect a decision after 3 weeks of medical.

increased the amount in the bank and explained things in SOP. Man the time is not passing on me easily. This waiting time really daunts. It is driving me crazy checking email everyday :'(
