PLease advice. Can my parents visit without return ticket?

My parents got approved for multi-entry 5 year v1 visa. Can they come here for now with 1 way ticket only.

They have to show they intend to return at the end of the admitted stay (6months if passport is not stamped) and the easiest way of showing that to the border staff is a return flight.

i however have seen instances where by a return ticket is not asked so no one can really tell and it depends on the CBSA officer

They need a two-way. Good chance the airline won't let them board with a one-way.

Not sure about specific airline rules, but it is not necessary to have a two-way ticket to cross the border.
