PLANNING TO APPLY FOR CANADA IMMIGRATION

Hi Friends/Experts,

1) I am planning to apply for canada immigration for this 2014 cap.

2) I am taking my IELTS in SEP, Am I going to be late to apply for this year cap.

3)At present I am working in chemical engineering, In 50 occupation list this is not there but I read some where with NOC A and B of 2011 within sub quote they can take 200 application is true .Please clarify me and whether Am I eligible.

4) Mine is a peculiar case I did in chemical engineering and worked in Software for 3 year. Last 3 years I am working as a chemical engineer.So Am I eligible for applying as chemical engineer.

5) I read to take educational assessment for my studies ( i.e., Chemical Engineering) I did my schooling in English but outside of canada , i want to have my educational assessment and do I need to make my experience also assessment please tell me for this assessment for chemical engineering where I have to do.

6) If I am eligible please processing steps to carry.

Chemical Engineers are not on the list and cannot apply.

Hi,

I saw there is sub cap of 200 for this case:

2211 Chemical technologists and technicians 8. this i took from CIC website and updated yesterday So I believe I am eligible.I want the information for the rest of my doubts.

There is no 200 cap for FSW and NOC 2211 is not on the list for FSW. You must be looking at a different list for a different immigration program. Or a list that is old and no longer valid.

I just figured it out. You are looking at the information for the Canadian Experience Class program - not the Federal Skilled Worker program. To qualify to apply for PR through CEC, you need at least one year of skilled or semi-skilled work experience in Canada. Do you have at least one year of paid full time experience in Canada? If not - you don't qualify to apply for CEC.
