plan to live outside of quebec

hello all, i am l am studying in montreal. i am eligible to file for PR in skilled workers stream but i still have two months left to complete my study in montreal. i have worked more than 1560 hours so can i apply for that with other required documents? also there is one criteria which is applicant must plan to live outside of quebec. for that if i provide job offer letter of another province is that enough to fulfill that criteria or i should show something else too? please give a suggestion. thanks in advance
