yeah andito na ako canada open work permit yung status ko dito,yun ang worries ko kung halimbawa ma deny yung family ko
pero sana nga hindi sagabal yung medical findings na yun sa application nila.

You can continue to be on the work permit kung sakali ideny nila yung PR app on account of medical inadmissibility or social services strain.

Hingi rin po sana ko ng advice nyo. Yung bf ko kasi sinubmit namin yung Passport nya last April 21.
May trip kami to Thailand ng May. Pano po kaya yun, may possibility po kayang mabalik ng maaga yun
Passport nya? Or pwede kaya kami mag request na hiramin yung passport nya sa May?


Any similar situation po?

may nabasa akong ganyan ang situation sa ibang forum yata yung.... sinulatan niya yung CIC or email yata requesting for the passport kasi patapos na kontrata niya sa ibang bansa, kailangan niya yung passport din...ang ginawa ng CIC- binalik yung passport without VISA...

Alam q pede naman hiramin ung passport.. but the thing is It can delay your application based on what I have read sa ibang forums.. Once you borrow the passport you will wait until the CIC requested again your passport and it took them more than 6 months in processing their application.. so I suggest you just move your flight because there's no assurance that you'll have the visa on may..

Question lang po... Just received a letter from the manila visa office asking for my NBI clearance and my original passport... they also enclosed 6 pcs of stickers with my file number on it... I just wanna know po kung basta ko na lang isesend ung passport at nbi clearance or do i still need to write a letter and put the sticker on it?...

I just wanna make sure po... Thank u...

Advice nman po sa mga nakapagpass na ng passports nila at naapprove n... How long will it take po ba before nila lagyan ng stamp ang passport at ibalik saken?

let me b the 1st to say congrats 2 u! ^_^ ok n yan. saglit n lng. put 1 sticker @ d back of your passport then 1 in ur NBI clearance den mail it 2 dem. 1 month max na waiting time then u'll recv a letter n decision made n xa den after 2 days u'll recv ur passport wid the shiny thingy called VISA stamp inside. ^_^ congrats!

sobrang bagal naman ng processing sa pilipinas! d ko alam kung bakit ganyan parin sila kabagal eh kung maningil naman sobrang bilis, the fact na malaking halaga binbayad natin sa kanila! almost 3 months na since kinuha passport ng wife ko, until now wala parin...

hi to all! just want to ask kasi we're in the process of forwarding our original dox sa canadian embassy here in manila since our papers were already approved in canada...problem is there have been alot of changes sa lives nmin like my husband's work and my youngest will be going to school now what are we going to do with our papers..can i change the info there..kasi yun mismong application form nmin napass ng bro in law ko without photocopying it..good thing meron akong draft na naiwan dito...our last day of filing will be on july 29 already..i need help re this so i can start filling out the application form online..one last thing, my hubby's passport is the old one and will expire may 2011..do we need to renew it na para pag pinapass samin yung passport e wala na maging problem pero if we renew it maiiba nnaman ang info dun sa passport #...i really need anyone's advice here am worried already..thanks a lot!

hi, would like to ask what others did for spousal sponsorship, on schedule 1 background -the personal history part. did anyone put 10 years history or from 18 years old? applicant is already in 40s and can't recall much of the 1 to 2 months employment po. won't the immigration request for personal hx since 18 if we submit the 10 years hx?

Kakatanggap pa lang ng wife ko ng AOR and PP request 2 days ago. Tanong ko lang kung saan dapat imail yung documents, sa PO Box mailang address ng CIC or sa Embassy of Canada, RCBC Plaza? Hindi kasi nakaspecify dun sa letter, pero nakalagay sa ibabaw parehong address. Tapos sabi din sa letter na mag submit daw ng NBI clearance for all accompanying family members. Magbibigay ba siya uli ng NBI clearance?

yup! mag submit ka ulit ng NBI kung hinihingi yun sa letter, basta lahat ng nakalagay dun sundin mo n lang para walang problema kahit may NBI kana na nasubmit o baka kasi expired na yun NBI mo.... at regarding dun sa address ni mail ko yun sa akin ay sa embassy of canada sa RCBC at so far naman walang problema at nag mail nga ulit sila requesting for another documents... so ibigsabihin na recieve na nila yun passport ko na una ko ni mail sa kanila...
