Thanks for the detailed response.

What I meant was the Stage 1 was previously Decision Made and then after Ecas was down it returned to In-Process. Stage 2 has not been changed from Application Received status.

So that means they are not actually "processing" the applicant file at CEM quite yet, it has simply been "received" and is in the queue for processing.

guys, if the passport was sent using dhl and it came in quezon city, how soon b4 it gets to the embassy? And how soon can we start tracking it? Pinadala kasi last saturday pero walang lumalabas na result sa tracking.

Hi sis trxcis! Sa Dhl it's next day delivery, but since Saturday Ka nagpadala Monday un dadating sa embassy.

Iisa lang ata un sis. Dko din alam number nila sabi kasi ng asawa ko tinawagan sya ng dhl na may parcel sya dun galing embassy. Kaya sa sobrang excited nya sya na nag pick up d na nya hinantay ihatid sa house.
