I got refused on Nov 30 for missing transcripts and i sent a reconsideration and reapplied with restoration as well.
Have you received any update????
How are you working now? Cause we can't work on SIN and it's such a stress right now.

I Was apply for reconsideration on 8 November and thay asked me for submit 100 dollars at on 7 December

You don’t need to sign anywhere. Just attach the payment reseed
