It mean when they asking submit for 100 dollars then they gonna approved your application. 100 dollars for open work permit fee. In some cases people are refunded 100 dollars after refusal that’s way they asking for submit 100 dollars again.

In my case my reconsideration forwarded to the officer at on 17 novmber and i got request for submit 100 at on 7 December

I Was apply for reconsideration on 8 November and thay asked me for submit 100 dollars at on 7 December

I was take fall semester break. As per kpu rules you can take any semester break but the conditions are students have to full time before and after the break. If you meet this requirements that you were full time student in kpu. But i am not sure about the part time students who take part time...
