No. PGWP is only issued once. If you had a PGWP, you don’t get another one. Need a LMIA from an employer.

Well Canadian experience only counts for the last 3 years.

• have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada (or an equal amount of part-time work experience) in the 3 years before you apply

That's the eligibility for CEC, for FSW. they look at the last 10 years

Right but OP said that Canadian experience is from Oct 2021 - Feb 2024. So will lose points for Canadian experience after Oct. 2024

I don't get that. Doesn't that only affect the eligibility for CEC, not that its useful since they haven't conducted any CEC draws since Covid.
How is he points losing for Canadian experience ?

The question in CRS calculator asks for years of Canadian experience in the past 10 years. I do remember that they used to only check Canadian experience in the last 5 years but never 3 years.
