Just checked my tracking number and guess what guys passport is on its way.

This is what it says on Canada post website

I have a question, i sent my passport on 14th Feb via Canada post express, its only showing item accepted on 14th and processed on 16 Feb from Winnipeg-Manitoba nothing after that. It was supposed to reach Ottawa by 18th Feb. Canada post is having trouble finding package, they said they mighthave forgot to scan the item when it was delivered.
anybody heard of these situation? Im still i touch with Canada post, meanwhile checkingreturn tracker.

Im worried now, any suggestions guys? Shall i call CIC or email Ottawa office about this?

I would definitely call CIC and see if there is a way that they can track down your passport in their office. meanwhile
keep checking return tracker

Your best bet would be to call CIC Ottawa and confirm if they have received your passport or not.

We had a similar situation when we first sent our PR application to CIC.
Due to some database issue with canada post even though our documents were delivered to CIC but the tracing system was not giving any information .
We did not know that the documents were delivered and asked canada post for the status of our documents, they told us to write an email to them to which they would reply in 4 weeks

Mine shows it was delivered on 13th and no information there after

I called CIC today and they confirmed its been reached and sent for Printing.
