CIC received it on 18th Feb, call centre agent mentioned they mailed the copr on the 3rd march. but still no tracking number activated, called canada post- they say they have not received any letter with my tracking number yet. so really confused what is happening?

Same like my case, i have been waiting since 18 feb too. i called up yesterday and the call center guy said my copr was sent (where? no idea ) yesterday. and still no return tracker, i am getting impatient now.

well my xpresspost was received on the 17th feb. and since then no updates on canada post tracking website.

I am impatiently waiting for my return tracker to get activated. its been nearly 3 weeks since I posted all my docs to cic for copr. ::)

Cic will send you an email and it will tell you exactly what to send. In some cases they ask for bio data form and photographs. cic will attach the bio data form with the PPR email along with the photo specifications. hope this helps.

I sent my passport copy and other requested documents on the 14th, ottawa office received on the 17th, still no luck with the return tracker. Don't know why it is taking so long now. is there anybody else waiting here for COPR/ Passport return?

Your best bet would be to call CIC Ottawa and confirm if they have received your passport or not. All the best mate.
