Passport Country of Issue: Need Help

Hi Everyone,
My wife got her passport in the Philippine Embassy in Bahrain. What should I write in the Country of Issue in the app form? Is it Bahrain or Philippines?

For those who have experienced this same issue, need you advice please. Thanks.

If it's Philippines passport then you should write Philippines.

I agree. You are a citizen still of the Philippines, so Philippines kahit nasa Canada ka pa.
