Parents Sponsorship- Few questions

Hi,

Few questions regarding the parents sponsorship application:

a. It seems there is a cap of 5000 this year and the application can only be delivered by mail/courier. Any sugestion/learning from past experience for out of station(Toronto) candidates around the best posisble way to send the application so that you are able to make the cut
b. Can parents apply for visitor visa/supervisa while the sponsorship application is in progress?

1) Yes - the application can only be delivered by mail / courier. Find the 2015 parent sponsorship thread and read through it for examples of what people did this year and how that went for them. The short answer is that no courier company can guarantee you will make the cap. But some seem to be better options.
2) Yes.
