As per Raju's post I was prepare with documents but I was surprise when I didn't see PP request or Medical request... But I guess they need time

I guess I should prepare too, that means run around and get notarized copies etc

Finally the waiting is over for us!

Are these for Parents?

No, since the documents are required to prove the relationship between the sponsor and the sponsored (child and parent). Its the sponsor's birth certificates that has the details that connect the two parties.

Hello Raj,

I am 'Febpreet' that the above user quoted to.

I replied to their original email that asked us to submit the passports to Seattle. I stated since my parents are back in India, it's not feasible to mail the passport and also that it's illegal as per the Indian law. They responded within 2-3 days with a new request to submit the passports to New Delhi, India. It could be because they had two addresses on the file, the temporary being in Vancouver and the permanent and mailing address in New Delhi.

i want know how much time it take to for medicals nd for passport ... after receiving AOR ... i have received AOR from new delhi visa office on 26 jun 2012 .... after that there is no information abt the case ......

i think in my aunt case they return all original documents with COPR and VISA STAMP IN ONE SINGLE PACKAGE.
