Thanks AtulW PPR came from CPP-O on Oct 18 to submitt passport LVO New Delhi, my parents submitted passports on Oct, 26 via VFS Chandigarh.

Update; Today my parents received passports with PR status............. finally the wait is over....all the best all of you.... :) :) :)
