USER828 AS I KNOW U R THE MOST EXPERINCED PERSON IN THIS WHOLE PROCESS NEED SOME SUGGESTIONS FROM U BROTHER PLEASE SHARE UR VIEWS.

Its not unusual for delay but we've seen users miss letter or other communications, like I always say keep ordering notes to keep on top..do it every 15 days if u have to

I am already in canada on postgrad work oermit and i am the dependent on the file
My parents passport is already in new delhi since last january and i had to come back after my medicals i brought my passport due to my job
In november i missed one email in which they were asking for my fingerprints within 30 days
As so i have missed that so what would be my best solution pls pls help

Are you even considered a dependent ( unless its part of study )? as you need to be studying only
As for your fingerprints, if you missed that then they either try to contact you or simply leave it ( refuse your app )
Order notes immediately to see whats going on ( see sig on how to order)

B4A: do we import unlimited goods on YYZ airport after arriving to pearson, what exactly means 'duty free', do they charge on over weights?

does unlimited weights & duty free has different meaning,

in what range i put my things in form $(CDN) coz i have lots of Digital equipments like recorders, batteries, lights, 2 dslrs-1 proconsumer vidcam, tripods,2 shotgun microphones, some were above $2000, n laptops which m gonna sell here

even my aunt bought some things which she wants us to courier to her address though now she told my mom to bring with her, thing that she has:
some new utensil,jewellery, some gifts , clothes



we're 3 people that means 6 baggage & 3 carrying bags we have our own clothes n goods too,

Hiii.... Congrats to you fr good news .... I need ur opinion ... As my case filed in march 2008 . I am the dependent was 21.4 at the time application was filed ... Done with medical in jan 2013 nd interview in april 2013 just fr my father regarding his job ... .. As it seems like it gonna take time to gt good news as my father is n police ... M already done with masters in hospital administration so i am planning to apply fr student visa fr may or sept batch ... Fr ds i need passport fr ielts to start with and moreover our medical will expire on 24th jan as per mp inquiry .... So i want to ask should I send email to new delhi to request passport back and if yes then where to send general inquiry or case specific ?? Will it give any negative impact to file?? Or should i wait till april keeping in mind 3 month extension fr medical ??

I m a canadian citizen who sponsored my wife 2 years ago, now after moving back to canada since 8 months ago,
we are thinking of sponsoring her parents and her sister( 19 years old) .

it was application received until 16th Jan , turned in process on 16th jan and next day says decision made, medical will expire first week of feb
