You sent your file in May 2010. Can you tell me what additional documents they requested from you, I was not making enough in 2009 that's why I used half 2009 and half 2010. I already attached the notice of assessment for 2009.

What additional info did they ask you ?

they did not ask us for any additional documents relating to our income. We just submitted whatever we had to prove our income in 2009-2010. We are still waiting for their decision.

Good News guys, My parents received a call from immigration officer today that their passports are ready.
My parents medical is expiring on 22 JAN so the officer said "either you reach Canada by 22nd or I will be sending the re-medical papers again". Obviously , parents will be reaching here by 22nd now. So happy. It was a loooong wait. finally over this whole waiting game.

Applied - July 2008
Medicals done - dec 2012
Passports sent - Dec 2012
Status changed to in process on Nov 13th, 2013, STATUS IS STILL "IN PROCESS"
Call received - Jan 16th, 2014

Hi All,

I have applied in July 2010 for my parents. They haven't requested 90 days document yet. My question is how long it will take to request for the document in my case.

Another question is after applying in 2010 - do they ever check the income criteria after application in old cases file in 2010 or not? Or do i need to maintain LICO income until my parents sponsorship file gets clear?

1. Nobody knows when they are planning to send next additional documents request.

2. Yes, you need to maintain the LICO untill they finalize your sponsorship application.

got mp reply ND said we sent a letter on 2 dec and don,t get reply,,the expiry of letter is 17 jan,,but don,t tell wht abt the letter..we didn't receive any letter even have same address nothing changed,,now wht should we done??

Write urgent email to ND with file # and explain abt missing letter.

i have got the sponsorship approved letter on 24 jan 2013 but there is no response from new delhi till now

i m saying that mp said New Delhi replied abt inquiry that they sent a letter us on 2 dec ,we didn't reply the letter and expiry of this letter is 17 jan..but we didn't receive any letter from ND,,OUR address is same,nothing changed,,so where is the letter??

after this nothing received from ND
WE DONE medical on 1 nov,,don't know eject date of medical expiry means when they review medical

i thnk u should make mp enquiry as our case s also f april 2009 nd got medical requst 30 dec 2013 . many ppl got dis requst n da same day . dnt knw abt ur case make mp enquiry
