You can open it using the partner links. So if you bank with RBC, you can go to sign in page and use partner log-in option and use your RBC bank online id and pwd to log into your My CIC account. Then you can link your application there and submit the documents online.

Hi Javiya,

I tried to link application to this account but, I can't see I try with my father application number and family and other options still they can't find the application, do you know what is the problem?

Also, form 5562 that they asked my parents to fill out,the most version is for May 2004 and I am confused I am not sure they have to fill out separate or in just one form? Because at the top of form : The principal applicant must complete this form.

Thanks,

If you are sponsoring a parent or a grandparent, you must meet the minimum necessary income requirement for each of the three years immediately preceding the date of your application. The minimum necessary income requirement is equal to the Low Income Cut offs (LICOs) plus 30%, taking into account the number of family members for whom you are or will be financially responsible.
The Minimum Necessary Income requirement, which you must meet for each of the three years preceding the date of your application, is equal to the Low Income Cut-Offs (LICO) plus 30%.
Note: If you are applying in 2017, you must provide proof of income from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for the taxation years of 2016, 2015 and 2014.

I suggest to thoroughly read the guide at the following link. BTW all this doesn't matter until the process for next year's sponsorship is announced. If IRCC sticks with the lottery system; first step would be to sign up for the lottery then be lucky enough to be chosen. Only then you could apply. Still read the guide to get answers to your questions.

I have only 2 NOAs currently. I never filed returns before landing as permanent resident.
Not sure why you even applied in that case. You don't meet the base requirements to sponsor and refusal is guaranteed.

I really think the lotto system should be improved. At least the form could include the rough income for 3 years so people are aware that's the basic requirement. But still it's unbelievable that people don't read the guide before applying.

I believe there'd be some changes next year to improve efficiency, based upon the learning experience from PGP2017.
