Parent and Grandparent Super Visa

I applied for PaGSV May 2021. I received an automated email in Sept 21 indicating I'm not to think I'm forgotten about.... I did an up front medical and of course have the medical insurance arranged. The published processing times have both increased and currently substantially reduced to 126 days. Or 4 months. I've already waited over 8 months. There seems to be no mode of enquiry, and no way to be able to plan my future. Whilst I acknowledge the impact of the pandemic etc I am also a sentient human, struggling to fathom out my future.
Is anyone else having difficulties, or any advice you can offer please??

Reapply through the new portal. That's the advice everyone is getting in your situation.
