I got Phd in computer Science and attested it from WES as well, do I need to attest my MS, M.Sc , B.Sc as well from WES or the terminal degree is sufficient. I am planning for EE as well as Quebec.

Dear I just submitted only Attested copy of the PhD degree (which was sent to WES by my University). The Report mentioned

Canadian Equivalency Summary : Earned Doctorate (Ph.D)
Credential Authentication : Official Transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Remark : The degree was earned through research, examination and dissertation

This is what is written on the report, so what you suggest dear ?

Although not required for PR immigration cases, but go for it for statistical update of Pakistanis living abroad and Pakistan Consulate to support you in case you and your family need their support, otherwise you have to do it in Canada before asking any support, like passport renewal, certifications, etc. from the Consulate

1. Karachi---abudahbi----Netherlands----edmonton(etihad +klm)
2. Karachi---abudahbi---Toronto---edmonton (etihad + air canada)

No 1 option is cheaper with same baggage allowance and almost same travelling time. Which 1 shall I select?

Option 1:
Pros: POE and destination city is same (Important factor)
Cheaper
Etihad and KLM have good service (i have flown both)
Cons: Non Asian meals for 8 hr 53 min

Option 2:
Pros: Non Asian meals for 3 hr and 28 min
Cons: POE will be Toronto (Landing formalities).
So you will have to check connection time in Toronto.
Comparatively expensive.

In the end, it's a personal choice.....

Option 2, Etihad is way better than KLM.
If you choose option 1, make sure you select Muslim meal on KLM as they don't serve halal food (unless requested).

If you have family with kids, i'll recommend PIA having shorter time, cheaper and no worries for food.
as regard to service standards and flight attendants they are no less than any other airline, unless you are not using economy.

Two things for which you have to be careful (1) locking bags and getting them individually covered with plastic before boarding (2) Egoistic & selfish desi / paindo passengers

My personal experience, Eithad, Emirates, Saudi & PIA.
