could anyone suggest when i may get the medical

Khan have you received second AOR? If not, then you can email to CIC london. Otherwise, if you are just waiting for Medical Request like all of us then there is no need to send any email to CIC. This is the year slowest time at CHC's because of Christmas, the activity is almost zero. You may get update about your case [MR] after mid of January 2011.
