By the way whats the point in not availing this opportunity as his specific ecase says "Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review"
on the other hand we have been waiting in queue for several years...so its better to have the clarity that when something may happen in terms of probability, rather just waiting each day desperately and cursing CA immigration process and your luck.
Any way.....never mind this is what i think....

Remember, he is MI3 applicants, not the MI-1 like you. Besides, his status says, processing was started on March 16..i think he should add three to four weeks to get further response from the Visa office. Read his status carefully and also look at his date of full application submission.

No not attested from HEC, i have provided with sealed envlope by university of both me and my wife.
