OPEN WORK PERMIT

Hi,
Can anyone tell me who is eligible for an open work permit?I am TFW in canada.I applied for immigration under FSW class.I did my medical,submited my passport to the visa office and paid right to permanent residence fee.The problem is my work is going to expire on june 21st.So does anyone think that I am eligible to apply for an open work permit at this stage?

I am from india and working as a System Analyst in Information Technology (IT) side, so with reference to this am looking for open work permit under NOC 2173 category, does any body can help me to know , how to find opportunities from India? and for kind information i have worked for many of canadian clients from india...please be advise on my request..

In "Details of intended work in Canada", put "open work permit" and write "not applicable" for everything else except you can put down the town and province where your husband is.
