Just want to make it clear. gurhehar, Islamabad and any guys who receive medical request, are you guys FSW Pilot stream?

My medical will expire in July. I am FSW Backlog applicant
One thing is clear that CIC is processing our applications at much slower pace since beginning of this year as compare to other Ontario programs such international master category. Considering the time required to stamp visa in CHC Islamabad, if we do not get PPR until mid April (2 months away) then we may need to reappear for medical unless CIC extends it. For some guys on this forum, medical has already been expired.
Hoping Ontario and CIC will expedite FSW Backlog applications in the coming days.

me too having 2 year graduation degree and 2 year master degree..
i had applied to WES canada to assess my qualification . in this week i think i will get the assessment and i will forward it to them
on there site there is free assessment i check it my master degree is equal to 3year canadian graduate degree.
will send it to them and let see what happen after wards

Yes, I have a good news! On 28th of Jan, 2015 I got PPR2 email from London office to send passports, two photo of each member and PPR2 letter to Islamabad office through http://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/Pakistan/. I submitted all things to VFS Karachi office on 30th Jan, 2015. Islamabad office received my passports on 2nd of Feb, 2015 and still no response from Islamabad office.

In PPR2 they specifically informed avail you PR visa before you medical expire. My medical will expire on 5th of March, 2015 after just 27 days. Kindly inform or suggest how much time will Islamabad office will take to return my passports. I have a lots of work to do.

i got call from them on 12 jan. and mail from them on 16th jan with 30 days to respond
and after that i started the process ...i deposited the fees on 18 jan. and generated the ref number. after that i collected the documents required by them and send it to wes canada
my document reached there on 2nd feb.
and now my status shows that evaluation in progress.
i send the wes initial mail which even u will get when u assess ur qualification from there site which is free .
and then the screen print of fees paid by me and then the current process screen print.
and a detail email about my qualification.
i think this week i will get the wes report and will send it to them
now a days they only accept WES report so i think this is the only way to do.
hope for the best
I got the mail that we recieve ur mail and nothing else after that. i mail to them on 13th feb

Hi Guys

I need your suggestions / expert opinion on the following issue.

I am Ontario PNP waiting for the PR. I am in Canada on open work permit. My work permit will expire in July and passport in August 2015.

To apply for the bridge visa, I must have a passport valid for at least six months and usually they issue the visa up to the expiry date of the passport. Also everything in the CIC files is associated with the passport number. It will take a month to get the passport renewed. For the bridge visa I must apply on of after 1st April (four months before my work visa apply).

So what should I do? Wait till the last month of my visa expiry (assuming by then my PR will be done) or should I just go ahead and renew my passport. Thanks

Just want to share my case that I also got the QA question email which I replied and then to prove 3-year degree from post-secondary institution so I emailed scan copies of my original degrees & transcripts (2 yr Bachelor & 2 yr Masters) 2 weeks back instead of going for WES report. So far I haven't yet received any response but want to ask was that the right path I took or I might still need to go for WES report.

I am in the same boat. I send my reply around 2 weeks earlier but not get any response. Please share when you get any update from PNP. I offer them if they need WES equivalency then I can provide.

3) Its the same content which every group member has mentioned i.e. Question regarding residence, employment, future plans etc. and then "concerns that you no longer meet program requirements."

I was asked to get reassessment of my medicals done as my earlier medicals were about to expire. I`m done with that and again waiting to get some news from visa office .I hope I get good news from them soon.Lets see.
Anyone else whose medicals have expired got any news from visa office?

Yesterday I was in my visa office.
They said that my application is still in QA, in addition the administrator added, that they already processed same applications as mine after QA.
So I hope mine also will be processed in near future
