ONLY - Who submitted CIC-AINP(SRS-U.S. Visa Holder Category) application

I got a letter from cic saying that they received my medical results, need to pay the RPRF fee, and that i need to provide new updated fbi clearance for me and my spouse, i have 120 days to provide them....
The hassle starts again, where i have to request new FBI clearance... my FBI prints were rejected 3 times before, i dont know what to do.

This is a worrying trend. I had a hard time with my finger prints too. Just wondering if the rest of us should order a fresh FBI report, just in case.
People, what do you suggest?

Also, do you know if your file has been transferred elsewhere, or if it is still in Buffalo?

YOu are right Chigirl, to be safe it is better to request a fresh copy of FBI report. I will do it tomorrow. Last time I used finger print card. Can anyone tell me the process of electronic finger printing? Does FBI accepts electronic finger printing?

No need to get all to rush in madly for another FBI report. If you got a (timely) FBI report eventually and sent to CIC I don't understand why it matters how many time you had to send prints!!

There is no electronic fingerprinting for FBI.
When others say "electronic fingerprinting" for FBI, what they mean is scan your fingerprint on the fingerprinting machine, and then print it out on the FBI card. It just helps to get better quality print. These cards then have to be mailed out to FBI.
