I need help. i tried to send fax several time to ottawa to know about medical but its not going .... can somebody help me the exact fax no we need to dial to send fax.

Did buffalo send you a request for additional documents for sending FBI or you were sending it to CIC once you received it

Seniors, who have already received PPR, can someone please post a sample PPR sent by the Buffalo office? I found a sample on the forum but it's from London consulate. I will really appreciate if someone can post the buffalo one (copy/paste from email?). I am mainly interested in the portion with photo specs and submitting passport in person.

Hi

I just wanted to post an update on my medicals , might be useful for couples from California who might prefer a female doc.( Remember a few of them had posted in other threads for similar info )

I got mine and my wife's medicals done at Dr Earla Quisido in Los Angeles today .The doctor was very friendly and walked us through all the tests smoothly . Total charges were 280 which includes shipping, only normal shipping is available. She promised to send out the reports to Ottawa within 2 weeks.I did request for expedited but looks like there is a little bit of turnaround for examining the Xrays and other tests.

Anywaz done with the medicals , looking forward to the next step, will update once my status changes in the tracker.

Money Order/Check cashed.....: 3 September 2010

I did not go in-person to the consulate. I sent it through express mail.

Based on your post, you mentioned: Passport sent (with RPRF) - 16 August 2010 and Passport Received (with RPRF) by CIC - 18 August 2010.

Did you go inperson to the consulate (Buffalo) for visa stamping?

Once you get the PPR request can you submit the passport inperson instead of mailling?

After reading your post, I checked online and my application status has also been changed to decision made.

Hopefully, my USPS tracker will give the good news tomorrow.

Mine Checks also got encashed yesterday!!!!!

Date Application reached CIC: July 7th 2010.
Date Both Checks (Processing & RPRF) got encashed: Sep 7th 2010.

Exact 2 month for them to cash my both checks but hey another step done.
COMING UP NEXT: MEDICALS AND AOR!!!
