Only SINP - PNP Visa Questions

You can't apply for SINP while your wife is in India. Either you both might have to be at one place while applying. or you can't show her as your dependent in CAN while applying from CAN. Ofcourse, you must have to give information about your spouse. but you must have to be at the same location. Please check with others. This is just my opinion from the online docs reading knowledge.

Hi,there. I need someone to help me out.
Background: I have been working on several six month terms since I received my post graduation work permit, and this work permit will expire at the end of Sept this year. I received a permanent job offer last week from the same company.
I have less than two months to extend my work permit, and it needs a LMO confirmation. From SINP website, it says with approved to be a provincial nominee, I will not need a LMO to extend my work permit? Is it true if my previous position (similar position as in my new permanent offer) never did a LMO? Or what options do I have at this point of time? Any advises will be appreciated.

How I can apply for PNP programs? am in Dubai and no nothing about how to start, couldn't make it in the skilled worker program.

I just heard that I have to get an offer letter from Canada, how I can do this since am in Dubai????

Please help so I can start trying.

No worries man nothing to hear, nothing exiting , just comment you that i did't get my Nomination yet still waiting , in the mid time i sent my application to extend my visa to CIC , not as a worker i sent it as a visitor , i sent it like that coz i will take vacations, and my nomination i don't thing is far i have been waiting for almost 10 months so soon man soon

If you are filing by yourself & you know how to do it, then do it online. If you do not know how to do it, send courier.
