Online PR Renewal - Digital Photo (No Back Side)

Hello All,

I have a question about online PR Renewal form and uploading a digital photo.
Since there was an option of uploading a digital photo, I did so, but there is no back side of the photo to upload.

Not sure if this was the case of return since they already have returned it once with the reason stating incomplete application.

Has anyone applied for PR Renewal with digital photo copy without back side?

I'm also wondering the same thing.. Did anyone get professional passport style photos taken and then scan them as a JPEG, or are people just getting photos taken on their phones and uploading them? Not sure how to do the photos with the online portal renewal!
