One year in - An update from a Brit...

Fanny in England is the slang name for a womens magic place ! so when us English here a Canadian say this word, its rather embarrassing to say the least so we laugh with embarrassment , To the Canadians who have no idea what this word means wont affect there thoughts in the slightest lol

I feel surprising let down by that explanation haha.. I don't know why but I thought it was going to be so much darker and deeper than that... those Brits sure do have interesting slang words... 8)

I guess that "Fanny" in N. America is only used by USA and Canada, does that mean they lose the vote

There may be other countries who take the Brit approach; I know from personal experience the countries that I listed do use that term the Brit way.

As far as I know the term "Fanny" (in the UK sense) is taken from Cockney Rhyming slang.

FWIW I have heard the term "Fanny" used in a different (more insulting) way, in Spain.

Haha! I thought so too. Snotty is another good word, havent used that one for a long while!
Used to use it a ton when i was in school to describe 'snotty girls' haha.
