Hi, I need to travel to India now(april 2024) and come back to canada again but my workpermit expires(June 2024). Can I travel now and comeback by end of april or I should'nt? Would there be any issue during my return to Canada at the immigration? Please let me know what to do or not given my scenario.
So I have applied for PR through Ontario OINP-PNP Non Express Entry in Masters Graduate stream , my application is still in progress(Bcheck in progress)and I also have my AOR for my application. I currently(aprl 16) need to travel to India and can come back soon(April 30 or may 7) but My workpermit expires on June29. So can please anyone help me and let me know whether is it fine for me to travel now and come back given my condition if I can tell the immigration officer that I have my PR in process and have my AOR when asked about my expiring workpermit since it is only around 2months left when I come back or what would be the scenario during the immigration back to Canada.
Please I request anyone who can help me to give me response or insight on this asap.
