OINP - EE - Human Capital Priorities Stream - Comprehensive Guide

Hi all

My profile entered the pool with CRS of 428 on wednesday(just missed the last draw) and have received NOI from OINP immediately.
My questions are:

1. What is the validity of the NOI? Somewhere I read that the validity is 6 months. So do I pay the 1500 CAD fees now itself and wait or later while submitting the application? Or, do I have only 14 days to accept the NOI of OINP?
(Confused about the procedure , please help)

2. Shall I take it or wait for next draw? I am not sure when will the next draw take place and what will be the new cut off (In case it goes up)?

I have managed to get into the pool after long wait and struggle of 8 months, friends please advise what should be my next step.

Hello All, please suggest, whether I need to recreate profile or not. I originally created EE profile in March 2017. However, it was suggested to recreate it for Human Priorities Stream. I did it, deleted the old one and created a new one. Then I received NOI. However, I made a small change to work experience by deleting my current work position because I dont want to have any problems with current company. So, here is the problem: I removed it from EE but didnt remove it from jobbank. I deleted it from jobbank after receiving NOI, will it affect further processing and should I simply recreate the profile once again?

If you have already received PT NOI, then don't recreate. No one gives a damn about your information stated in job bank profile.
As long as your EE profile is good, everything is fine.

i know its a lame question but I am new and I read the entire thread which made me more confused and above that my agent doesnt know anything


my profile was recreated yesterday and i received message from Ontario showing their interest.

what i understand from this thread is that now i have 6 months time to do the next steps and after that have 14 days to submit my documents l.

whereas my agent says that I have to create account within 14 days.


pls someone guide me

If you have already received PT NOI, then don't recreate. No one gives a damn about your information stated in job bank profile.
As long as your EE profile is good, everything is fine.

So, what's the next step after receiving NOI? I don't see any link in the NOI message on CIC profile.

Yes you have to recreate it to be considered in this draw.
Question: Apr 10-14: are they already sending the invites during these dates or will they start sending it later for profiles created after 10th April?
