Hey all! Just here to share the news that we did our flagpole landing today at the Blaine,Washington crossing! I got my COPR in the mail yesterday, and we took the ferry over from Van Island first thing today to land.

Wow. It feels amazing! It's finally official.

1. It says send photocopies of photo page and any pages containing "amendments" to the passport. What does the amendments mean? Pages 25, 26, 27 even if nothing is written on it?

2. Do we still need to send them a pre-paid envelope even though we don't need to send the passport since USA is visa-exempt?

Congratulations, I got my PPR as well!!

1. I was also wondering about the "amendments" part.
2. The pre-paid envelope is for them to send you the COPR, it's not for the passport.

What is the process for landing? Do you hand the COPR to the CBSA officer and they send it out? Or do you keep it and send it out yourself?

However i did have to send two new pictures back in November. From passed people who applied if you supply extra information its common for your background status to not get updated.

Im holding on to the hope mine will change to decision made very soon! My work visa ends on the 5th of May!

i sent my app on 10th October and am with the Snail Visa Office. (London).

Kind of kicking myself as people who applied just a month later went to Ottowa and have there entire process complete right now. Just my luck.

For those of you who has COPR or landed already in canada, is missing info such as place of birth a big issue? My husband's copr in place of birth is empty but shows the country of birth.

what else I have learnt....sending tooo many e-mails to CIC they will eventually block you....THEY BLOCKED ME....LOL this is crazy...i sent a test email from work work email and it went through...and from my personal e-mail I keep getting an error message.
