My Ecas says "decision made"!!!!

"We sent you a letter on Jan 13th about the decision of your application. Please consider delays in the mail before contacting us"

Does anyone know what that means?
Is my husband approved as a sponsor?

Congrats.. It means that decision is made on sponsorship and its approved. Your husband is apporved as a sponsor.

It can be anywhere between 2 to 15 days from the day you get your AOR. There isn't any fixed timeline, depends on how fast CIC is working.

Is it true that if they request new forms (updated ones) our application goes back in line and I have to wait again 81 days (processing time)?

I believe they ask for updated new forms or if something is missing in the application within the first 30 days and if not than your application should be fine. Also the change was not that substantial so you should not be worried about it. You are an November applicant correct. To answer your last question if you get asked for more information I believe it is started from the day submitted again.

Yes that's true. At least that's how previous applications were treated.

I had a feeling you were approved and your SA was in snail mail. But did you and your husband provide email address because it's coming via snail mail. Again congrats on being approved for SA.

are you November's applicant and are you concerned about the updated form? I wouldn't worry much about that. I highly doubt you will be requested to submit anything new

Worse then that lol I sent mine in July11 and just got SA Dec 31 due to requests for new forms So I know the feeling first hand Now a Oct application so it took 5 months. This process is not easy to take

AOR received today, 78 days after filing the application.

I believe the change is not significant. They always choose and determine where the second part of the application will be processing. That's why they removed that option. October list is almost done. You guys are getting closer.

I just received the email from CIC on my sponsorship approval

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on
behalf of XXXX and family (if applicable).

You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent
Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing..


My ECAS has not been updated though how long does it take?..
