Occupational Health and Safety Manager - 10011 or 22232

Hi all! My job title is Occupational Health and Safety Manager.

If I do a search for the NOC based on this title, it shows 10011, under Human Resources Manager - it's one of the titles under this NOC.

However, I am confused if I should use 22232 instead, which is for Occupational Health and Safety Specialists.

For NOC 10011, the job duties listed are mostly for HR functions, with only two functions directly related to being an Occupational Health and Safety Manager. On the other hand, the job duties for NOC 22232 align more closely with the OHS Manager role.

So which NOC should I choose?
