Hello everyone,

I was asked for only one police certificate when I applied, as there was only one country where I spent more than 6 months in a row for past 1 0years (apart from Canada). However I did spend 5 months and 5 days in a row in my country of citizenship and I have a valid police certificate for that country. I was considering adding it through the webform as I feel there is high chance I will ask to provide it later on. Any thoughts on that ?

They mean that the PCC was valid, not that IRCC admitted it. If the PCC is invalid, they'll most likely be rejected at R10 stage (MEP/BIL).
Oh, thank you.

If I am already in Canada and I gave my biometrics before for study permit and they are valid, Are they going to ask me to give them again?

Yes, you will be asked again
I saw some on this form who paid the fees upfront. When I did the Application, I was not asked for the fees. Any advice on how to pay and give biometrics? Or I should wait until they request it. I already submitted my application

You can pay here
https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=10097

Then upload here
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application

You will still need to wait for the biometrics letter to get them done but it might save a few days to pay upfront (although looks like in most cases after they ask you to pay they issue the letter in 24 hours or less)
