Hi,
I’m really worried about the changes.
I sent my application on November 8th via UPS to Sydney.
I've just relized they revised the eligibility for applying under CEC category that my occupation’s no longer be eligible for the CEC starting November 9, 2013.
Does the starting November 9, 2013 mean that the application received by November 9?
I sent my application in the morning November 8th before they announced changes.
Does CIC accept my application or not? :'(
What would happen now?
Seniors please advise.

Please read the MI-10. As it states that applications received before Nov-9th will be assessed under old rules,
and applications received on or after Nov-9th will be affected by the new rules.

Yes. My experience corresponds to NOC A so I'm safe. However, I had to refill all forms as CIC made changes to few of them. If only my credit card was not declined, I would have still been in your Sept 2013 thread with AOR Clock starts again!
